As some of the services, as lymphatic massage, microneedling, microdermabrasion and etc., require specific modalities and specific set of skills we do not accept any walk-in clients and require scheduling your appointment at our website, FitSpa.US as far in advance as possible in order to obtain your desired appointments. Making an appointment through our website allows for us to be more efficient and effective so we can provide you better service. To secure your appointment, you will be asked to complete the purchase for your desired treatment. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask you to notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of $30. All promotional packages expire after 12 months from date of purchase. All sales are final and non-refundable once treatment was received. 24 hours in advance. Our staff strives to make your visits pleasurable and relaxing, while also minimizing wait time. If it's your first visit to our center, please, arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time-this will provide adequate time to fill out health questioner and consent form, and get ready for your treatment. However, if you are running late, give us a call and we will do our best to fit your appointment in the best available slot. Please, be advised, that any unconfirmed LATE ARRIVAL will reduce the length of your treatment in order to accommodate another client whose appointment follows yours.
A strict $30 fee applies to all NO-SHOW appointments and that are cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance.
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur. However we encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.
Attention Groupon, LivingSocial and Yelp Voucher Holders:
Stellar Fitness Spa in New York accepts Groupon, LivingSocial and Yelp Vouchers from NEW clients only who are making their first single purchase with us. We do not accept multiple vouchers for the same person. One Groupon / LivingSocial visit per person - voucher value must be used in its entirety in one visit.
Your Groupon / LivingSocial / Yelp promotional value is redeemable only toward service(s) purchased and within its expiration date. The packages containing multiple services on a single voucher are valid for 30 days from the date it redeemed.
Your voucher will be redeemed within 24 hours before your appointment time. Taxes are not included in the value of the voucher and will be added before receiving your services. Expired vouchers are subject to a $10 fee for each expired session and the total amount will be collected before receiving the first session.
If you RESCHEDULE, CANCEL or NO-SHOW for your confirmed Groupon / LivingSocial appointment in less than 24 hours before your appointment time, you will be a subject to our cancellation policy and you will be charged a $30 fee in order to receive your Groupon / LivingSocial service.
Although discretionary, gratuities are a nice way of saying “thank you” for the type of personalized attention offered by our professionals, and 10%-25% are suggested. However, we regret that gratuities cannot be added to your credit card transaction at the time of service.
