Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Since some of the services require specific modalities and specific set of skills we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible in order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments. Please schedule your appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Making an appointment with one of our professionals allows for us to reserve time and space for your exclusive care. For this reason, you will be asked to provide credit card information to hold your appointment. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask you to notify us at least 12 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 12 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of $25. All promotional packages expire in 6 months after purchase. All sales are final and non-refundable once treatment was received. Refunds on package deals issued after deducting regular price on received service. 12 hours in advance. Our staff strives to make your visits pleasurable and relaxing, while also minimizing wait time. Please, arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. This will provide adequate time to fill out your form, change and get ready for your treatment. However, if you are running late, give us a call and we will do our best to fit your appointment in the best available slot.  Please, be advised, that any unconfirmed LATE ARRIVAL will reduce the length of your treatment in order to accommodate another client whose appointment follows yours. $25 fee applies to all NO-SHOW appointments and that are cancelled or rescheduled less than 12 hours in advance.


Attention Groupon and  LivingSocial Voucher Holders:

We accept Groupon and LivingSocial Vouchers from NEW clients only. One Groupon/LivingSocial visit per person - Groupon/LivingSocial value must be used in its entirety in one visit.

Your Groupon/LivingSocial promotional value is redeemable only toward service(s) purchased.


Taxes are not included in the value of the voucher and a tax of full priced services will be charged to you separately by Stellar Fitness Spa when you redeem your voucher. 

 If you RESCHEDULE, CANCEL or NO-SHOW for your confirmed Groupon/LivingSocial appointment, your will be  subject to our 12 hour cancellation policy and you will be charged $25 fee. In order to receive your Groupon/LivingSocial service after the event of a no-show, you will lose the promotional value and be responsible for paying the balance to reach the full  value of the same selected service.

Cell Phones

We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones to vibrate upon arrival and to remember to speak in your very soft spa voice once you enter the spa. Please inform your therapist should you need to make a phone call so that you may do so without disturbing other spa guests. Cell phone use may affect the length of your spa services 

Services, Prices and Sales Tax

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur. However we encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.  Please note that all listed prices and package deals do not include sales tax. Sales tax will be added at the time of booking. 


 Although discretionary, gratuities are a nice way of saying “thank you” for the type of personalized attention offered by our professionals, we regret that gratuities cannot be added to your credit card transaction at the time of service.
